We offer our guests a carport plus two parking spaces right in front of our chalet.

Guests can store their winter sports equipment in our ski room with ski boot dryer. In summer there’s plenty of space for your bikes.

Here at our Chalet zeitGenuss smoking is not permitted. Smokers may enjoy their cigarettes on the balcony or terrace. We thank you for your understanding.

Pets are not permitted in our chalet. We kindly ask for your understanding.

On arrival day our apartment is availble from 4.00 pm. We kindly request you vacate the apartment by 10.00 am on day of departure.

The apartment prices quoted are excluding resort tax – per person per night € 1,30 (registration number: 50417-000427-2020).

Apartment end of stay cleaning fee:

• up to 2 persons: € 80,00
• up to 4 persons: € 90,00
• up to 6 persons: € 100,00

To confirm your booking we require a deposit of 30 % of the total holiday cost to be transferred to our bank account by 14 days prior to arrival. We kindly ask you to pay the remainder on the day before departure in cash.

Booking and cancellations conditions according to Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.

A booking is a purchase agreement. In the event of cancellation, late arrival and early departure cancellation fees will be charged. We therefore recommend you take out travel insurance.
